Shipping Policy

We usually start preparing within two hours of receiving it. Currently, we provide the following options to our customers.

How much is the cost of shipping?

Luxury Craft Manufacturer (LCM) provides free delivery all over the world except Russia and Ukraine due to areas of Conflict.

How is my large furniture piece delivered?

Suppose you have ordered a larger piece of furniture, such as chests of drawers or console tables. In that case, these require careful packaging in wooden crates to ensure your delicate inlay furniture will not be damaged in transit. We recommend that, if possible, you have someone else available to assist you with taking the items inside your home, unpacking and positioning your piece/s in your home.

We pride ourselves in offering high-quality pieces at reasonable pricing so that more customers can experience beautiful inlay pieces in their homes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.

Through which company do you ship?

We ship all products with DHL, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, India Post etc

Can I cancel my order once purchased?

We must be contacted immediately within 1 hour of purchase if the cancellation of an order is requested. Cancellations of orders are not permitted if an order has been placed with our supplier or if the item has been dispatched.

Duties and Taxes?

Taxes and Duties will be paid by Luxury Craft Manufacturer.
